Doing something quiet, doing something that gets you centered is a sacred practice. There are many distractions at our fingertips. If only you could focus on one thing today, what would it be? Make a list of things you'd like to focus on, in the next two weeks, but limit it to 2-3 things per week. The attention given to these things creates a timeless experience because your focus gets greater when you simplify and give yourself the permission to slow down and rest your attention on one thing at a time. It's like a gift, that unfolds slowly, attention given is energy received.
